They don't make "31" or "32" (flotation-size) 16-inch tires that I know of, only metric sizes. That said, the 265/70 is what you have and is about (almost) a 31x10.50, and the 265/75 is about a 32x10.50 which will fit will the usual trimming for a 32" tire.
