I can't find a stateside link for one of these, but I'm almost sure I've seen one. Anyway, does anyone have an opinion on this?
Hi-lift adapter

I have a hard time trusting the hub to support 1/4 or more of the vehicle weight, but if it really is up to the task it sure would be handy for those that don't have an ARB or sliders to lift from.

Looks like a good idea, but the conical shape of the warn manual hubs may be an issue. The mount may slide off the hub and that could hurt.

How much would shipping be to the states or do you have a US vendor? I'd be interested in what they have to say.

Of course you can't have the caps on your hubs if you want to use it. It looks scary. I'd use it only if I were out of all other options.

It has to be a fairly exact fit on the hub. I emailed them and they replied that they did not currently have an adapter for Nissans.

This was several months ago.
