Just wanted to have a dedicated thread about the Pre-Meeting to keep a roster of who is going.

This post is info on the PRE-meeting April 5th at 3pm. The coordinator wants to meet at Butcher Jones' parking area. Not mandatory, but informative and a good excuse to get out...if ya need one.

Hey Greg (Off-Road coordinator), Tim (AZXTERRA 4X4 Club), Josh (Road Safety), Nick (Run Aide Station Volunteers) and Gary (Road Safety), I am going to have a dry-run meeting for Arizona Xtreme Desert Triathlon (the April 26 event) on April 5th out at Saguaro Lake to go over each phase of the event. I know all of you know what you are doing, however it'll give my folks an opportunity to meet you all and ask questions if they need. Please let me know if this will work for you. I would like to plan on meeting at water users parking lot at 3PM if you can do that... I am all in for playng around at the Coves before and/or after the meeting and possibly camping if anyone is interested.

Count me in. I may not camp the 5th, but I do plan on camping the triathlon weekend and was thinking about taking Friday off and going up early during the day, just have to clear it with the boss lady at the beginning of April.

I will not be able to attend the pre-meeting as I am hoping to go to the Pleasant Harbor thingy.

Depends when we get the lift in for the Fronty and if Sheila isn't having a "party" if she will make it.

I was asked in another thread, but it pertains to this event soo.. I plan to be at Lake Pleasant Sat. the 5th for "DuckDaysII". Later in the evening, I promised the family we could go to a "movie in the park" at Surprise Stadium, 7:30. (Showing "Bee Movie")
I'll be on a trail soon, most likely the Triathlon, you guys have a great time

So...I'm planning on leaving my house for the green gate around 12:45pm. Should be at the gate by 1:30pm, gives us a little time to play in 4Lo before the meeting.

I am not camping, but will be playing around after the meeting at least until dark or later...

I'm tentative for this run, but I should know for sure by Friday.

The Fronty is out, but Sheila is in...

I was hoping we were camping after the meeting, wheel in the morning, and do the Pre-Meeting after before heading home.

sorry but i dont have any news yet i am going to use the ALL DATA and try to find the missing link(IE fuseable link) power for the fule pump and spark and try to talk to the Brain but its not looking good sofar.

man my truck really is a sob isnt it... i think you might be right about the brain, how i have no idea since it pulls codes when there are some to be had but... at this point...
and all the fusible links should be in the box under the hood on the passengers side.. unless they hid 1

Alright man... Favors are running thin and we have gone though all our know hows... I think you might have to resort to takin it in. Sometimes it just happends.

and yeah you did but like i said before. if you dont try you will never know what it can do.. and what its weak points are... it was a learning experience..

I had a great time out there today. Thanks to everyone who spotted me on some of the tippy stuff. I will post up some of the videos tonight. The rest of the videos and pictures will get posted tomorrow.

Fun day as always with you guys. Good pictures too!

Nothing major important to know about race day. We can/will pre-run the mountain bike portion (which is what we help with) on Friday if anyone wants. Other than that...just show up and enjoy som sunshine and help out when needed.

AZ-Ted... Thanks for posting my Pics... I'm always a slacker there. I belive Jeff (Lucky13) acturally took them all though. So he can have porps there.

And the Videos (the rest of them) came out awsome. I'm going to try and get them over to PRG even to help tune out my truck.

And Wally... I need some shop time late one afternoon... My highspeed driving did a number to my front clip. I need to get it bent back in shape before I go forward on trying to find a 1 or 2 inch body lift for a Gen2 (I don't want the 3" that AC sells, too much BL).
