Yes, three welded nuts in the center plate. I would be mighty inconvenient to be missing those.

BTW, I cut out a section from the last plate (rear most plate) where the exhaust crossover is. I bent exhaust brackets and placed washers to get the muffler off the plate. I gave up and cut out a small section from the skidplate. It works great and should not limit the protection. Just an FYI.
