Yes, on road driving cannot be as aggressive but I would say that it is well within being "acceptable". I would not say that sway is SERIOUSLY increased though. You will notice that most of the anti-sway is dictated by the front anti-sway bar. I haven't had a rear sway bar for quite some time now. The thing that has most negatively affected drivability were the spacers.
