Since this is the "Hardcore" section has anyone also considered doing a solid axle conversion to the front of your X.
I found a website of an old Pathy(94 I believe) that used a solid axle off of an early Ford Bronco. I guess this is an extreme possiblity since the X sits on the old frame that the Pathfinder used. I think the Pathfinder used 4.36 gearing and the Bronco had 4.35 and he ended up in the end with 4.66 gears front and rear, ARB lockers, and 4 inches of lift. To me that guy is Hardcore.
