If you have some space/garage I'm sure someone in the south bay could give you a hand. Heck, if you are willing to get dirty and do some work I'll come over and help (I'll bring tools if you don't have them), it would just have to wait till after Pine Scented Tree Day (Christmas). It's a very easy 2 hour job (taking your time).
