When I worked for Cisco Systems I bought my X through the VPP. Took about 45 minutes for the entire transaction - no haggling. A set percent under invoice and I had my new X.

I'd bet a non-VPP person might be able to get close to that number, but "dealers may vary."

Edit: Cisco's other manufacturer with VPP was BMW. Every 3rd car in the lot one of those.
