Okay guys Justin and I really want to do this trip and from what Justin is telling me some people he knows might be willing to make some donations for us to take. I am really unsure if chase bank is going to give me a letter stating it is ok for my to take my truck to mexico even though it's almost paid off.

Now if I get laid off on the 17th of December I will have the time off to go on the trip and will proably be doing the trip. If I don't get laid off I might take the time off since it is a charity event I doubt my work would mind. (the chances of me getting laid off are 99%).

Would I be better off to just get a passport? I am going to go ahead and call the bank and see if I they will give me the leter.
