[Wave] i am looking to buy tires and brake pads when I go home (Killeen, TX) from being in Iraq for 2 weeks. Looking for tires for street use and also offroad use in the same tire. For example, all terrain would be nice.

BFG ATs are great. If you are a member of the SWXC (sorry do not recognize your handle, so I am not sure), you could always contact our sponsor ProComp and see what they have to offer ya. Also, if you decide to get tires through TireRack, if you use the link from XOC, Ian will get a kickback (so-to-speak).

So, BFG ATs. I have em, love em. Discount Tire offers a great deal on em too.

Breaks? Dunno.

I have Yokohama Geolandar AT II's and love them. Great on the street, great on the trail. Not much more that I can say. I would recommend Discount Tire. Store locations everywhere.

For brakes, I use Akebono Ceramic pads. You can find them listed on www.tirerack.com . The lowest price I could find them was at www.rockauto.com . Good guys, nothing but compliments.

Good Luck! Thanks for your service.
