This has been discussed in other threads - but I think some of the non-TNT folks are in the dark... here's the deal:
1) We're driving down to New Braunfels on Friday night - the 9th of July
2) We're camping out at the KL Ranch. I've reserved campsite number 40 and there are currently 6-ish folks from here/TNT going (plus a bunch of other people we're meeting up with on Sat that are System-f's friends). If anyone from SWXC wants to go (please do!!!), let us know 'cause we may have to get another campsite or something)
3) We're packing up Sat. morning and going down the road to the Rockin' R Ranch to meet up with System's friends - we'll park there and tube through Rockin R (you rent a tube from them - they drive you upriver and drop you off - you start toobin' - and then when you get back where you started, you get out
4) When we're finished tubing Sat afternoon/early evening, we're driving up to Austin where we've reserved a few hotel rooms together. The plan is to hit 6th street etc.
5) I assume that we'll all just split up and go home sometime Sunday
Cost, you ask?
1) The campsite is $40 - which covers 2 people. Any extra people are $14 each (Camping/campsite rental is a 2 day minimum - so we're paying for Sat night even tho we won't be there... but if someone wasn't interested in Austin, they could stay)
2) It's $5 per Nissan (no other vehicles allowed

) at Rockin' R to park
3) I think it's $13 to rent a tube and get dropped off - we'll end up renting extra tubes for the coolers
4) The hotel rooms are $60 each (they're supposed to be $45 but somehow there is a $15 fee/surcharge of some kind.. RiPofF!!) - I'm getting my own 'cause Becky will be coming down - but others are packing 'em in to save on cost.
That's it!
EDIT: The original plan was to completely leave the KL and everybody go to Rockin' R - but since we found out that we have to pay for 2 nights anyway, we'll probably stuff as many folks as possible in as few vehicles as possible to avoid the extra parking fees.
EDIT EDIT: Though kids are welcome (the campsites don't allow dogs), I think several of us plan on drinking heavily - so keep that in mind
