I think our last two newsletters at www.swxc.org have a pretty good synopsis of what a ModDay is and what we do/did. I am a bit partial though.

As for ModDay III it looks like we do not have enough people (read: more than 1) who needs to do anything, so let's tentatively reschedule for sometime in June.
