Use the Instant UBB Code buttons that are on the bottom-right of the screen when you are posting a message...

The URL one lets you put in the address, and then lets you pick a word or words that will show up as the link. The Image one lets you put the picture directly in the post (assuming that the hosting site allows linking... but that invis free anonymizer thing works great for getting around this problem)

Has anyone heard of Mailinator ?

Looks very cool for keeping the spam down (I haven't tried it yet)... basically a one-time use email... When someone asks you for an email address (and you don't want to give them your real one) - just make up something on the spot... like bigXweenieMan@mailinator.com. Then later you can go there, put in the address, and check any messages that have been sent to it.
