I realized that my monitor is the most important thing I own. I spend 14+ hours a day in front of it, it's my livelyhood.

The monitor I replaced was a 19" Sony CRT, which I bought 2 of in 1997 for $1500 each. They served me (and Leslie) well, but now when I look at hers, it looks like a grey faded postage stamp. Leslie will be getting a 19" LCD for Xmas.
