Actually, 20% of the film's profits are going directly to the families, and the script got the ok from every direct family member of a passenger on the flight.

I think the director has been very responsible in the making of this film...I just don't know how many people are going to rush out and see it. The preview before "Inside Man" was gut wrenching enough.
