No but if you used the image of your xterra in your company logo or a product without obtaining a license from Nissan to do so you have a very good chance of running into trouble with Nissan's legal department if you pop up on their radar
Are you going to tell me that Magazines related to cars and offroading get liscenses from each of the car manufacturers, aftermarket part producers, and tire companies in order to print pictures in their magazines which they then either sell for profit or use the sale of those pictures to sell ad space in those same magazines? Take Four Wheeler, for example, which has pictures of vehicles with trademarks and company logos all over them
If what the BMC did was copyright infringement, then it would follow that what magazines like four wheeler are also infringing on copyrights...
