San Jose - Chuck E cheese - Ghost of Girl on third floor.

Dude!!! - I remember that! When I was little, my sister telling me about that one.. some kid died in the giant cheese maze there and her ghost is supposedly haunting the place.

there are several others pretty close to me. this is starting to creep me out.
