What happens to the window regulators? Do they just crap out and stop working? P/W only?

Whats the FSU? Im guessing Fuel Sender Unit? Do you need a warranty to have Nissan fix this for free?

Why would there be stress tears in the sheetmetal by the hood latch or battery compartment?
