I'm with you guys on this one.
It seems that once a month or so I have to go through this experience with Dell. So far, Dell are the worst I have had experience with.
Operator had a distinct heavy hindu accent, too. Last convo went something like this:
Operator: Thank you for calling Dell, this is Mushajskjhdjfhsdasd jdhfkjsdahfkjsdh, how can I help you?
Me: Yes, hi. May I speak with someone who speaks proper English, please, I am not understanding you clearly.
Operator: (pause) ...well I speak English..
Me: No. No offence, can you please transfer me?
Operator: Please hold. Click...
He hung up on me, asshole!!!!
