It would be a bad thing in our modern complex financial system.
There are even people out there that have all kinds of kooky and wacky conspiracy theories regarding the Federal Reserve.
I don't know if Ron Paul subscribes to any of them, but you may be able to check some photocopies of some of his writings in PDF format at the link here.....
