With the warmer weather, usually weekly or biweekly. If nothing else, I'll usually hose it off under pressure thouroughly, just to get the dust and funk off of it.

When I wash it, it's nearly an all-day affair. Wash, dry, wax, detail. Just last weekend (not this past one) I spent a good six to seven hours on the thing... But then, I washed the undercarriage off, cleaned all the door jambs, cleaned crap out of the rubber gaskets, washed the rubber mats, etc.
