OK, so I have a bit of a dilemma:
We have a 2 car garage with a stupid back alley that only allows us to put two cars on the driveway.
I have a 2003 Xterra SESC, with 87,500 miles that is no longer my daily driver.
We have a 2008 Scion tC that is my new fuel efficient daily driver.
We also have a 2005 Corolla S with 20K miles.
The Scion gets the garage, no brainer.
But which cars gets spot #2? The Xterra that drives about 50 miles a week (mainly on weekend outings) or the Corolla? Both the Corolla and the Xterra are worth the same on KBB.
Currently the X and the Scion occupy the garage with the Corolla on the driveway behind the X.
I could put the X on the street, but am afraid the plastic will fade.
Do I keep the cars parked the way I have them, or change?

Uh....will the plastic fade if you park the X in the driveway? Does your street have a more powerful sun than the driveway?

I would let wife or girlfriend or whoever park in garage and park X on street. However my street is very quiet. But the way you have it set up allows you to keep car in drive which can be more safe. Depends

My garage has been converted to be a bonus room, so everything at my house parks on the driveway. laugh

If you are worried about the fading - get a car cover for the X and park it in the driveway.

We have two cars in the garage, a 300E gets one space and a shitty 1996 Corolla le with no license plate/insurance gets the other. You cant park uninsured vehicles on the street so my x unfortunately gets demoted to the sidewalk.
