Has anyone heard about the hydrocarbon conversion kit. Apparently there is a book you can buy that shows how to make a vessel that you fill with water and through an electrical charge (12v) seperates the hydrocarbon from the water molecules. It is then fed to the intake. It is supposed to double the MPG.
The thing you are talking about seperates the hydrogen and oxygen from the water. However it takes as much energy to split the water as is gained from burning the mixture and this is why it doesn't work for vehicles at this time.
