I was wheeling out into the deep sand in the inlet between Atlantic City and Brigantine NJ. There were maybe 50 people standing around. All of the sudden the X just stops. It will not go backwards or forwards. The sand was pretty loose and deep.

Caution: stupid moment coming.

I get out of the truck to analyze my situation and notice that only my rear wheels are dug pretty deep. Thats when it hits me, I forgot to engage the 4 wheel.

I get back in and sheepishly put it in 4 low, put it in gear and drive off. :rolleyes:

Always make sure you are in 4 wheel drive.
