And to hell with all the hypothetical bullshit, Carlton did exactly what any normal one of us would have loved to have done. Bottom line, if the guy wouldn't haven't run into the log if he would have been driving responsibly - period. The BMW driver caused his outcome.

What is so hard about people taking responsibility for their own actions or inactions? Do we really need to put "WARNING: Coffe is extremly hot on the outside of coffe cups?
