Not "we" as parents and school administrators need to develop programs to establish the level of alpha in each kid.
That's exactly the way I took it. Kids are kids, not animals. School should be a place of learning and not like an episode of "Boston Public".
I'd have no problem though having Jeri Ryan as my teacher:
