For the old X's and Front Shrocks...just drill new holes in the mounting plates to raise the bumper...for the rears...they come with BOTH std and 2" BL height mounting holes already...so no gap problems either way.

For stock bumpers...the front can be raised with a couple of pipe sections and a few bolts, and the rear can be raised by simply drilling new holes in the bumper to raise it (Someone mentioned an even easier way to raise the rear bumper 2", they said to just flip and reverse the bumper mounting brackets...but I never tried it)

If you REALLY want to know what your truck looks like 2" higher, just put a jack under it and jack it up 2"...that's pretty much it.
