A chevy silverado heavy duty hit me going 35 mph and it barely moved. Also used it to pull me out of a puddle yesterday but it finally bent some. But nice. gprsh924, great pics

do yourself and your dad a favor
next time you wheel the truck at least take those pontoons off.
keep you from damaging your rocker panels more than you really need to.
NICE pictures though love the pose blocks
is that a park or just an area you guys know of?

Nice pics guys. Did you get a chance to hit the trails or you just mostly played in the quary?
Were the trails pretty much dry this time of year?

Were the trails pretty much dry this time of year? yeah they where pretty dry. And one of the trails had a big hole dug out of it, so i had to go around adn almost tipped my car.I did the quarry bc there where some cool things to climb. zuzuman03, he still has them on, rather the rock hit that first then the door sill.

we did a good mix of trails and the quarry, the trails were fairly dry but there were still some good puddles in the low spots
i told my dad i should take them off, but even after seeing that he is somewhat convinced that had they not been on the car, that dent wouldve ended up on the door panel rather than the steprail
frank got stuck in a mud puddle and when we yanked him out we put a nice bend in the bumper guard (we have towed off it multiple times, but this was the first time it bent)

If the rock or whatever is tall enough to reach the rocker in the first place, it's not only going to trash the rail, it's going to smash it into the rocker as well... If it's not tall enough to reach the rocker, well, it's still going to trash the rail and could still smash it into the rocker.

Driver side just in front of the door, knocked the step up into the rocker panel and back into the rear wheel. No big deal, it was all part of the evoloution.

Also used it to pull me out of a puddle yesterday but it finally bent some. There's no reason you should be pulling off of that rear bumper guard when you're receiver hitch is a much stronger, safer recovery point. Check out recovery and extrcation techniques online, read books, and learn to work smarter The last thing you want to happen is get your junk stuck, then FUBAR yourself or someone else. Outside of that, yeah, great pics ![[ThumbsUp]](graemlins/thumbsup.gif) Badlands looks like a lot of fun ![[Smoking]](graemlins/smokin.gif)
