Has anyone tried Raybestos brakes? I'm thinking about buying them for my 01 X.

I've been reading about people getting Akebono Ceramics, but I heard that Ceramics eat up rotors. Thoughts?

Always had very good luck with raybestos. Id say there a go. To bad no one around me carries them any more except the brake shops.

I just replaced my brakes and rotors(thanks to the dealership not putting the low brake squeelers on I had metal to metal in a matter of 1 day and the rotors where shot. If you see more than average brake dust on your rims check the pads.
I went with NAPA premmium rotors for $95.00 each and lifetime metallic pads $54 they have been great. Ceramics are soo hard they will eat up rotors.
