I've got the same exact set up and i love it .... make sure once you put the bilsteins on you remove the rear swaybar... dont worry you will like the ride.
as far as the trimming if you go with the BFG's just the tiny tip of the inside corner will have to be removed as well as the mud flaps. I used tin snips... it was that easy.
