I need permission to do away with "Harley"
He was my military K9 and is retired. I had him with me in both Kosovo, Macedonia and in two tours of Iraq. Normally the K9 stays in country, but he was being retired with the rank of staff sergeant, and I have the privelege of him staying with me until the end.
