They said there is no solution and they have tried evertyhing (which I dont think is much).

I could take them to small claims court but I wouldnt get any money back for 6 months. My other option would be to put a hold on the charge with mastercard but mastercard probably won't allow it in this case because the business did 'try' to remedy the problem. I assume when they found out they would have to rewire everything the right way with right wires it just wasnt worth their time.

Basically I got screwed (NOTE: my amp apparently was not screwed...at least correctly).
