ya, you need the key to go into drive. But i got a serious question

Does anybody know where the panic wire is? I can't find the lock/unlock or panic wire anywhere, and it's driving me insane. Could somebody please show me a picture of where it is?

Also, is their anyway that I can tap into the wire, without having to cut it, strip the plastic, and attach the 3 wires together?
