Did you resolve the problems?
Also, did you in fact need to get another key, earlier in the thread Ramness said no chip in key, but I was told by my local shop that there is a chip in my '03 and that's why there needs to be a spare key???
We don't have an actual dealer within 500 miles, so getting a key with a chip is impossible until we get the truck outta here.
If I can do this without an extra key, I'd love to know, as the first 6" of snow fell yesterday and another foot is coming in the next 24 hours.
