You need to take the XM back to the "Professional Installer" and let him know what's going on.
That's what I'm doing now. He just called me and said to bring it in. He called Nissan and they said they only have 1 guy who handles Rockford Fosgates and he's on vacation. I guess most the X's they see have the Bose systems and they have not had any issues with them.
