I see snowboardguy and mtbcyclist both replaced the front 6x9s for 6 and 6.5 components. Looks like there is only 1 mftr that makes 6x9 components (MB Quart) so I see why. Would with either (or both) of you elaborate on the process for modifying the 6x9 speaker pocket to accomodate a 6 or 6.5??

Also, where did you mount the crossoverS for front and rear speaker sets?
