The reason I added my question to the topic is that my, just now, 5 year old vehicle with only 27.000 miles may just get quite a bit more than what KBB, Edmunds and the like report. I posted the question on a forum with national/international reach. I could possibly get a response from someone outside of my area willing to pay the premium mentioned above.
Now, if you had said that in the first place, I might not have been so snippy.
You did not state that you had a special circumstance over another vehicle. You did not state that you required secific expertise.
You merely came barging into the middle of a thread, apparently bypassing two or three posts that addressed your supremely well-crafted and highly explanatory query, and instead requested a very inspecific answer, one any monkey with an internet connection can retrieve inside two minutes. As I proved.
Next time, might I suggest you be a little more specific? Not only will it prevent such adorable miscommunications, but you might actually get an appropriate answer.
The constant sniping on this board...
Learn to communicate a specific question when you want a specific answer. Works wonders.
