SO, socal, your wires come from the passenger door to the rack? No crimping of wires, wind, etc???

I am finally doing this this month adding 4 hella 500s to the Yakima Loadwarrior via a piece of angled aluminum. I'll post pics when finished, but as of now I'm opting for the hole in the roof with some quick disconnects for when I want to remove the light bar.

Anyone running an optima battery??? If so which one, and how much $$ ?
