The speakers for the 2000-2001 Xterra are 4ohm. This includes the front speakers & tweeters (if your Xterra is equipped with them) & the 6x9's.

I believe the Rockford Fosgate stereo systems in the 2002 & 2003 have 2ohm speakers.
