I dont know, but would be absolutely interested if someone has done this. That 1/5 of the way that they don't go down cant do anyting but piss me and the guy in the back seat off. If there is a rubber puck at the bottom of the track, removing that may be all that is neccessary.
Im sure that there is nothing more than that type of governing device which keeps it from going all the way down.
