I have the 6-disc in-dash player and all of a sudden it won't work. It keeps saying Err3. The radio works OK. Anyone have seen this before?

I had the same problem. Happened only once approx 6 months ago I turned the unit off and ejected the CD's. It seemed to clear itself. I play alot of my owned burned Cd's so I Do not know if the Err3 problem and the burned cd's are related.

Well, I have tried turning it off, turning the ignition off and restarting, and all that didn't fix it. I can't even eject my CD's. I push the eject button and the thing starts scanning the FM channels. It's very bizarre. I'll try resetting it later by popping out and plugging back the fuse and see if that might do something.

I had the same thing happen to me. The dealer said it was a defect in the head unit. They ordered a new head unit and I haven't had any issues since.

Make your dealer replace your unit.

Good luck!

Also, I don't know what kind of cd's you guys are using to burn but I buy my discs in bulk (not name brand) and I do not have any issues with players reading them.
