Trip specific detils are important. Another trip detail to know is what meals the drivers need to provide. Last year the event only supplied Saturday dinner, we were on our own for other meals.

A major bit of planning involves the event-specific support phase of this trip. The planner needs to ensure the event support is what the organisers & riders need. Where to have vehicles, how they should support the riders, what to carry, how to perform the route clean-up, medical support, etc. You be the VEEP. I would hope that between you and the PRES, one of you will step up and let us know these details.
