The problem with the cords (at least at first sight) is that they are only accurate to the 100'th of a second (and not a 1000'th)

. They could be way off, maybe up to a 1-2 tenths of a mile (as XRock and I found out up in Utah on our hiking trip).
Just look at your map software and go from 35° 53.17
0 - 35° 53.17
9 and see how far apart they are (then you add in the West cords and you could be way off).
It'll still get us in the general area at least.
