edited: I'm changing the unload date to Saturday 5/3. Now confirmed!
(It costs an EXTRA $650+ to get the truck the day I had originally planned
so I've moved it out by one day to save some cash.)

Well, we got the final final word that the house is sold and will be financed for the buyer so it's a completely done deal now. Woohoo!

Unfortunately, the packing begins tomorrow... but it's more than worth it!

So...I gotta put the feelers out again, anybody like pizza and beverages?

I have one buddy who committed to helping unload on 5/3 (Saturday) all our stuff at a storage unit, but I'm thinking a couple more bodies might be great.

Seriously, anyone who's up for lending a hand (and isn't doing anything that day - like work) I'd be very very grateful - and more than willing to return that type of favor in the future.

Please note I have zero hide-a-beds and no super large "back-breaker" things. We've sold or donated a ton of furniture and rarely-used things so it'll be a relatively smaller load considering our house is almost 2000 sq ft. Every "significantly large" item we have left will be just a two-person effort. (and an easy effort at that.)

Anyway, just yell if you think you might be able or willing to assist. Thanks in advance!!
