Yeaa, for some reason I thought you were behind me.

Well I fixed my leak this morning. Hopefully! Looks like I got some dirt nicely wedged up between the Diff cover and the Diff. Kinda made the cover bulge out a bit at the bottom. So I hammered it back flat on the anvil part of my vice. Cleaned off all the gunk, then applied more gunk. Just got done bolting it back up in there, now have to wait an hour for the sealant stuff to dry before filling her up. A few pics below.

You can kinda see the bulge is at the bottom of this one, where the dirt pushed up in there.


On the bottom of the diff itself was a bunch of Dirt / Sand kinda wedged in there.


Nice and clean, after 1 hour of scraping the old crappy gunk stuff off. And hammering out the dent.
