Well after playing phone tag for 2 weeks with Nissan, they are just flat out saying no it is no longer covered.
Even the service manager told them that there was no sign of any excessive heating that would cause the head gasket to leak so that Nissan workmanship crap is just BS.
So, I am contacting the office of Consumer Affairs and see where that takes me.
