Eric's right - take off the mud flaps before you break them off off road.

The ARB is really a PITA to raise for the BL, as it has wings that come back to the frame horns to brace it...which have tobe cut off, etc.

Essentially - you have to have a completely new bumper mount fabricated to raise it...I think most welding shops charge like $300 or so to do it.

That's why I like the shrocks...even mine, which was made before the BL option was available...was super easy to raise, like a 1/2 hr driveway job.

Yeah - A BL should be everyone's first mod if they think they'll EVER run larger than 32's...it makes all the subsequent mods easier...and, it allows the newbie to mount larger tires w/o a more expensive lift, etc.

Most of the people with ARB's don't bother to lift it (Some do of course), some just leave the gap, paint the window wash bottle and other stuff that shows through flat black, and cal it a day.

The others sell it on EBAY for $350 or so, and then buy a BL Shrock and a BL.

Then there's the one's with the fab equipment/skill who actually DO fab up a new bracket for it...or pay someone else to do it.
