Wow, same stories/excuses I got when I ordered my bilsteins last year, yes they are in stock, yes they are shipping, they are sitting on the loading dock right now waiting to be picked up by UPS, I'll send you a tracking number, they are now being drop shipped straight from bilstein. All of it was BS, only difference is he totally ignored my request to cancel and sent them out the next day, of course not the full order, the 2nd set of shocks took another week to arrive. I say get some new excuses already...
well that sure makes sense.
Bring up a 3 week old post to bitch about a year old issue. an issue that took place prior to SLR moving from AZ to SoCal...
Spencer is a good guy and in case you didn't notice they are not a HUGE company, their delivery delays are directly tied to their supplies, sometimes they really do tell you one thing because their distributers have told them its the case... anyway it's not difficult to call them and it's quite easy to talk directly to Spencer. If you call and are not an asshole you get much better treatment.
jesus haven't we covered this before... have you ever owned a 4x4? the aftermarket companies for the most part are small companies who run into problems... even if you were smart enough to buy a Jeep so you would have the options of bigger companies to deal with... you still have problems... welcome to aftermarket 4x4 modification.
