Regardless of what they call it, it doesn't work well. I have that guage, and it takes 5 times longer to air up a tire through it, as opposed to without it due to how restrictive it is.

Yeah, that makes sense. Here is a random link I found describing it as “100 psi steel case.” That would override any benefit of having a 150 or 200 psi regulator. http://www.getagauge.com/

Here are regulators with the valve built in and they are adjustable. However I don’t see a bleed button on either of them. And more $ of course.
