The rear bumper is slated for summer time. Nothing is really nailed down yet. I'm open to suggetions, but dont have much to offer in the way of hard info.

1.) this is a goal, that really all I can say at this point.

2.) If ECXC is in Sept, yes, if before that, maybe.
